Traditional Scottish Food from The Station Hotel Maud

scottish salmonAt the Station Hotel Maud, we serve bar lunches and bar suppers every day.  With freshly made beefsteak pie, fish caught in local waters, and home cooked traditional Scottish food classics such as scotch broth and stovies, there is something for everyone.  Children are catered for with a children’s menu available.

Private dinners and functions are held in our Lounge or Dining Room and we cater for events that require finger buffets, fork buffets, 5 course meals or themed dinners such as Christmas and Burns suppers.

Traditional Public BarOur traditional, public bar has many original features, such as a 20 ft bar made from one piece of wood, and “booths” where in days gone by, farmers would trade their ware over a whiskey and a handshake.

Our Lounge bar boasts an open fire and with comfortable settees in place, you’re bound to nod off after a full meal and a few brandies.
